Nella mia pratica artistica, trovo stimolante il riutilizzo di materiali di scarto, sopratutto cartone e carta, con i quali, recentemente, modello sculture che si possono indossare, grandi teste, creando personaggi per dei film brevi, oppure utilizzando il supporto come base per dei dipinti.

Il materiale recuperato, utilizzato in scultura, diventa materia preziosissima, speciale, rara.

Anche ai miei studenti di scultura propongo tematiche da affrontare modellando carta e cartone da recupero. I risultati dei loro lavori sono spesso straordinari.

In my artistic practice, I find the reuse of waste materials stimulating, above all cardboard and paper, with which, recently, I have modeled sculptures that can be worn, large heads, creating characters for short films, or using the paper support as a basis for paintings.

The recovered material, used in sculpture, becomes a very precious, special, rare.

I also propose themes to my sculpture students to be made by modeling recycled paper and cardboard. The results of their work are often extraordinary.
