Rassegna Città Sottili 2003
La rassegna si ripropone come un laboratorio di idee e progetti nel campo dell’arredo urbano, aperto alle esperienze e ai contributi dei maggiori esperti italiani e stranieri. Con la sponsorizzazione di Comieco, in questa edizione si è vista la partecipazione di tredici architetti italiani che sono stati invitati a confrontarsi sul tema della “seduta”, particolarmente importante nell’ambito dello spazio pubblico.
Gli studi di architettura chiamati in causa hanno proposto tredici originali soluzioni progettuali che sono state esposte, anche successivamente, a Milano presso il Mondadori Multicenter.
L’esperienza di “Città Sottili” è stata rafforzata in questa edizione anche da un “laboratorio di cartone” affidato a Ettore Sottsass.
The review is structured like a workshop for ideas and projects in the urban design field, open to the experience and contribution of major Italian and foreign experts. This edition, sponsored by Comieco, was attended by thirteen Italian architects, who were asked to confront with each other on the theme of the “seat”, of special importance in public spaces.
The architecture studios involved submitted thirteen original designs that were put on display, also after the closing of the show, at the Mondadori Multicenter in Milan.
The experience of “Città Sottili” was enhanced in this edition by a “board workshop” held by Ettore Sottsass. For information: www.arredarelacittà.it
